Programas Europeos

En este apartado puede consultar los principales programas europeos de gestión directa, en los que los que la Comisión Europea, a través de las distintas Direcciones Generales, o de las Agencias Ejecutivas, regula, gestiona y asigna los recursos normalmente a través de subvenciones, que se articulan mediante proyectos europeos, cuya concesión está sometida a los principios de transparencia, igualdad de trato, no acumulación, irretroactividad y cofinanciación y trasnacionalidad (son necesarios socios de otros Estados Miembros de la UE u otros países, dependiendo del programa y la convocatoria)

Las subvenciones se conceden sobre la base de convocatorias de propuestas y en el marco de un programa de financiación que establece los objetivos, prioridades y acciones para desarrollar una determinada política europea.

Los programas recogen las acciones objeto de financiación, así como los requisitos generales que deben reunir los beneficiarios/países participantes. Por regla general, los programas europeos se detallan anualmente en Programas de Trabajo.

ICD

The Commission's Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO) is responsible for designing European international cooperation and development policy and delivering aid throughout the world.

The financing Instrument of Development Cooperation for the period 2014-2020, the financial measures in favor of cooperation with developing countries in the list of countries that benefit from the Development Assistance Committee (CAD) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). It was organized by geographical and thematic programs, and a program of complementary measures for the contries of Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific (ACP), signatories of the Sugar Protocol.+

IEVA

The European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI) came into force in 2014. It is the financial arm of the European Neighbourhood Policy, the EU’s foreign policy towards its neighbours to East and to the South. It has a budget of 15.4 billion € and provides the bulk of funding through a number of programmes.

The ENI CBC “Mediterranean Sea Basin” Programme was adopted by the European Commission on 17 December 2015. The Joint Monitoring Committee, a body composed of 14 countries – Algeria, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Malta, Palestine, Portugal, Spain and Tunisia – was responsible for designing the strategy and implementing modalities of the new Programme. 

EUROPA CREATIVA

Creative Europe is the European Commission’s framework programme for support to the culture and audiovisual sectors. The Creative Europe Program supports European professionals working in the fields of cinema, television, culture, music, performing arts, heritage and other related fields. Creative Europe is divided into two sub-programmes, Culture and MEDIA, and is supported by a cross-sectoral strand.

EUROPA CON LOS CIUDADANOS

Europe for Citizens aims to contribute citizens’ understanding of the EU, its history and diversity, to foster European citizenship and to improve conditions for civic and democratic participation at EU level, to raise awareness of remembrance, common history and values and to encourage democratic participation of citizens at EU level, by developing citizens’ understanding of the EU policy making-process and, by promoting opportunities for societal and intercultural engagement and volunteering at EU level.

This programme shall contribute to the further development of an area where equality and the rights of persons, as enshrined in the Treaty, the Charter and international human rights conventions, are promoted and protected.
